Walk-in Tub Experience & Expertise
What inspired me ( Richard Mallette, owner ) to get involved in this industry is this. I began a search for a walk in bathtub that would make it possible for a client of mine to enjoy a safe and comfortable bath. The client was an elderly woman with mobility issues and had a very hard time getting in and out of her regular bathtub to enjoy the soothing effects of a warm bath. After some research on the internet, a few emails and some phone calls, I had found a product that I could easily recommend to her with no hesitation. After receiving and installing her new walk in tub, the quality and workmanship of this product awoke the entrepreneur in me. I have over the years visited with several manufactures and the largest wholesalers across North America where I have received training on several brands. I have years of experience with the brands and products that we sell, which means that we know what’s out there, and we stand behind the walk-in bathtubs that we carry. With a focus on product quality and customer service, we can confidently assess our customers’ needs and recommend the best walk-in tub option

The estimates are provided by myself the owner, an experienced installer/contractor and factory certified installer from several walk in tub companies. Most certified installer in Canada with experience in residential and commercial construction as well as a background in mechanics.
